SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our cake wraps, first class, second class or next day delivery. Please slecte your option when at checkout.

Please note that if you are purchasing a Cake Wrap and need it in the next 1-3 days please purchase First class or next day delivery or you will not receive it in time.

We also offer international shipping (European only). This can take up to 10 working days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges: We cannot accept returns or exchanges since each product is handmade after receiving the order.

Cancellations: If you change your mind after placing the order or an unfortunate event occurs, we do accept cancellations provided out maker has not completed your order. Typical orders are started 1-3 days before the delivery dates. If we have not started the order, we will issue a full refund.
